Promotional Terms

These Promotional Terms (“Terms”) apply to all discounts, promo codes, free shipping offers, and other promotional campaigns offered by Drip EZ (“Drip EZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using a promotion, you agree to these Terms in addition to our regular Store Policies.

1. Eligibility & Use

  • Promotions are available to retail customers only and are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Unless otherwise stated, promo codes are limited to one use per customer.
  • Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, traded, transferred, or shared publicly.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, revoke, or cancel any promotion where we suspect misuse, fraud, or unauthorized distribution.

2. Exclusions

Unless a promotion explicitly says otherwise:

  • Promo codes and discounts do not apply to bundles.
  • Promo codes and discounts do not apply to gift cards.
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers.
  • Promotions apply only to eligible items in a single order.

3. Expiration

  • Most promotional codes expire two (2) weeks after receipt.
  • Expiration dates may vary by campaign and will be noted in the offer when applicable.
  • Expired promo codes cannot be reactivated or replaced.

4. Free Shipping Offers

When offered, free shipping is subject to the following:

  • Free shipping on orders of $100+ applies after discounts and before taxes.
  • Free shipping is available for contiguous U.S. states only (lower 48).
  • Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) are excluded from free shipping due to carrier and shipping costs.
  • Shipping benefits apply only to standard shipping unless otherwise stated.

5. Missed Codes / Retroactive Discounts

  • Promo codes must be entered at checkout at the time of purchase.
  • We do not apply missed promo codes retroactively, including through refunds, price adjustments, or store credit after an order has been placed.

6. Returns & Refunds on Promotional Orders

  • If you return an item purchased with a promotion, your refund will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original price.
  • If a promotion required a minimum spend or threshold (e.g., free shipping or tiered discount) and a return drops your order below that threshold, we may deduct the value of the promotion from your refund.

7. Promotion Changes & Errors

  • Promotions are offered for a limited time and may be modified, suspended, or ended at any time without notice.
  • We are not responsible for typographical errors, system issues, or other unintended problems affecting an offer.
  • If an error occurs, Drip EZ reserves the right to correct it and cancel or adjust any affected orders.
