Can I Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel your order, simply reach out to us as soon as possible with your order details. If your order has not yet shipped, we will be able to cancel it for you and process a refund back to the original method of payment. If the order has been shipped, we will initiate a return and send you a return label via email. The refund will then be issued once the item has been received back to our warehouse. 

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Just email us at info@bbqdripez.com with your name and order number.

We accept holiday returns until January 31, 2025. On February 1, 2025 we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. For U.S. addresses, including military and territories, use our return portal to start the process. A $11.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Additionally, we offer a 90-day warranty on all items, ensuring your satisfaction. If you experience any issues within this period, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.

How can I modify an order or address after the order is submitted?

Once the order is submitted for your order is printed, address and order modifications are no longer possible. However, we can assist you with the return process if needed. Please don't hesitate to contact us for help with your order.
