I smoked a pork shoulder this weekend. I prepped it the smaller one. And used the larger one with a resting blanket(also from you)to let it rest for an hour. I shredded it in the smaller also. Love these tubs. Easy to use and store. Keeps all the mess in the tub!! I would recommend them to any serious grillers/smokers! Make sure you get the ones with the locking lids.

I am so disappointed with the Prep tubs. I purchased these for my husband for his birthday. We used them for the first time yesterday. We used the original tub to brine a turkey. Shortly after adding the brine solution the tub started leaking all over the counter top, cabinet, and floor; ruining everything on the counter top. We quickly moved the turkey and brine to the XL tub but one side of the tub would not stay up, it kept collapsing and the brine would leak out. We hoped that putting the lid on it would help it stay up and keep it from collapsing but then all sides fell together. We ended up having to remove the turkey and brine and move it to another container . I would like to return the tub bundle for a refund.

Slightly disappointed with the arrival of the tub bundle. Missing a handle off the large tub, that upon notifying DRIP EZ should be replaced shortly. Just the packaging of shipping might have added to the missing piece. Please, improve shipping procedures.
