this is great can season the meat and store it until cooking. Then the resting bag it keeps the meat from losing any heat or moisture. love it great for carving it up too. Will buy another one if needed.

not impressed
the spices were not tastey at all!! the rubber things were more of head ack then worth my time to try and use! and zipper bag is hot mess!! zipper keeps jaming!! but the tub that lock was the only thing that id say was worth buying for me! ive use the tub with regular butcher paper wrap it dos make life easier to finish the smoking and cooking!
