I smoked a pork shoulder this weekend. I prepped it the smaller one. And used the larger one with a resting blanket(also from you)to let it rest for an hour. I shredded it in the smaller also. Love these tubs. Easy to use and store. Keeps all the mess in the tub!! I would recommend them to any serious grillers/smokers! Make sure you get the ones with the locking lids.

Nice size, large enough for room to work/prep, and then pull up sides, snap lid on and put in fridge over nite. Cons, must be extremely careful when using the bottom cutting board or risk slicing the side with a wrong move. And a seal on the locking lid.

My wife purchased this as a Christmas present and it’s freaking rad!
I love the XL fits a full packer brisket in it nicely. Off the smoker into the xl for a car ride, super quick and easy. Got lots of compliments and questions about it. Great product. Will be ordering a few more for fish processing.
