Got this to do ribs a the like on our grill only to test it out by cooking Boston buts in preparation for Church HS winter retreat. After cooking separating the meat from the fat inside this unit kept the juices and the fat separate from
The meat and made the whole process clean and efficient. I was impressed can’t wait for grill time. Haven’t tried the spices of yet but if they are half as good as the tub is they’ll be twice as good as anything else. 🤣
