Wrap meat tightly after the smoke phase to retain internal temp and moisture.

For best results, rest wrapped meat inside the Rest EZ® Blanket or 'Que Crib.

Unwrap and serve after 30-90 minutes depending on cut.

Use as a liner for prep tubs, trays, sandwiches, or inside the Rest EZ® Blanket to reduce mess.

Store rolls in a cool, dry place.
