I smoked a pork shoulder this weekend. I prepped it the smaller one. And used the larger one with a resting blanket(also from you)to let it rest for an hour. I shredded it in the smaller also. Love these tubs. Easy to use and store. Keeps all the mess in the tub!! I would recommend them to any serious grillers/smokers! Make sure you get the ones with the locking lids.

I used these the day they got delivered, which was incredibly fast. Honestly I had planed that they would not show up in time because of where I live most things don’t. But man they didn’t mess around, showed up so quick I was able to use them for my planned cook. The quality is great, I love how tall they are. My wife loves that as well because I can get crazy with the seasoning and these keep it all contained, no more mess all over the counter. I would highly recommend these, I’d certainly buy them again.
