My husband got me this for my birthday and after one use, I’m not lying when I say it helped yield the most moist brisket I’ve ever made. Just make sure to drop the bins all the way down when cutting cause I cut a hole in mine with my knife when slicing but these are totally worth it.

I first purchased the blanket & tub when they first came out & use the two at least once every two weeks for my pork butts & briskets. It's a great tool to have if you cook larger cuts of meats that warrant a rest time. 16lbs of poor boy burnt ents and 20lbs of pulled pork prepared and finished . Prepping in the the tub was easy and clean up a breeze, the resting blankets did a fantastic job as well . Highly recommend !! I will be getting the other two smaller tubs
