I smoked a pork shoulder this weekend. I prepped it the smaller one. And used the larger one with a resting blanket(also from you)to let it rest for an hour. I shredded it in the smaller also. Love these tubs. Easy to use and store. Keeps all the mess in the tub!! I would recommend them to any serious grillers/smokers! Make sure you get the ones with the locking lids.

If you smoke or grill a lot ORDER IT!!!!! My husband smokes brisket, prime rib, ribs, steaks all of it and these tubs are Perfect for prep!!! I ordered two of the blankets too used ones on Christmas for the prime rib to go from smoker, cast iron for the perfect sear then into foil & into the blanket for a 30min drive and it was perfect
