My wife, who knows I love anything that will make cooking a brisket easier, purchased the Rest EZ , extra large tub with the BBQ blanket, as a gift for Valentine's Day. Of course, I had to cook a brisket.
The product made preparing a brisket easy. The tub held the brisket in one place while the sides of the tub extended up keeping all your seasoning in one place.
No more seasoning on the counter. All my seasoning stayed within the tub. I could season the sides of the brisket and not have seasoning all over the counter. I was able to place the tub in the fridge and let my brisket soak up all the seasoning.
No mess. What I liked the most was being able to put my brisket inside the Rest EZ Insulated Meat Resting Bag. This made life grand. No more towels being soaked with brisket juice. The bag is a proofer...Just perfect when resting your brisket and waiting for guest to come by. You can also keep your brisket inside the tub and carve your brisket. The juices inside the brisket stay inside the tub.
The product is easy to clean and easy to store away until your next cook. The product can be used to rest any type of meT you desire. Keep those precious juices where they belong.
Thank you for making such a great and convenient product. My wife purchased two tubs.
The only downfall, one of the tubs was cracked during shipping.

I’m a big fan of the product. I used it for Super Bowl weekend and also for a recent brisket cookoff competition I competed in. The only bummer I would say is that I missed getting three for the price of one the week after I bought it as there was a large sale, had I waited I would’ve been able to purchase all three sizes for the price of one. I would recommend this product to any barbecue lover.
