I smoked a pork shoulder this weekend. I prepped it the smaller one. And used the larger one with a resting blanket(also from you)to let it rest for an hour. I shredded it in the smaller also. Love these tubs. Easy to use and store. Keeps all the mess in the tub!! I would recommend them to any serious grillers/smokers! Make sure you get the ones with the locking lids.

Sizing is great, material is awesome and construction is great. His only concern was being aware of cleaning every nook and cranny...and making sure its completely dry before storing away to prevent molding. He really likes them.
