    Outstanding Customer Service

    I have all three sizes of the BBQ prep tubs and I use them all the time. I had a problem with one of the lids and sent a note to customer service and the response was rapid and timely. They answered my email promptly and had a new lid in the mail the next day.

    The products are great and the customer service is excellent!
