I sometimes use olive oil as a binder but I used mustard this time and it stained the cutting board and the plastic outer rim. The product works great and pleased overall and I am sure the staining won't impact my next cook.

I'm currently in the process of putting together a brisket for the first time. I ordered the three pack a few weeks ago and have already used one of them for wings to put on the grill. This time it's the brisket with the largest of the three tubs. Not only did the use of the cutting board come in handy, but storing the finished product in the refrigerator so that I can use it for tomorrow when I put it on the smoker came in handy.
I tell you I needed this product last year because it cuts down on my worries about bringing meat out into the outdoors. Plus the cutting board on the bottom is a game changer! And, less mess with the spices and the binder. It's all contained within the tub and when I'm done with it I can easily wash it.
We have very little space in our kitchen so having this really condense things and eases my partners mind when it comes to prepping meals.

I’m a big fan of the product. I used it for Super Bowl weekend and also for a recent brisket cookoff competition I competed in. The only bummer I would say is that I missed getting three for the price of one the week after I bought it as there was a large sale, had I waited I would’ve been able to purchase all three sizes for the price of one. I would recommend this product to any barbecue lover.
